Yoga at work

You wish to help your employees better deal with stress, increase the cohesion between people, and improve the general wellbeing in your workplace?

I offer yoga classes tailored to the needs of a working environment, to teach employees how to release tensions as well as breath properly and relax. 

I come directly to your workplace and depending on the space and time limitations I personalize my yoga classes to help people take a break and recharge their energy.



  • Classes can take place in the morning before work, at lunchtime, or in the evening to help employees fully let go at the end of the day. 
  • Classes are usually 60 minutes but shorter or longer sessions can be arranged. 
  • Classes can take place in your meeting room or in another available room depending on the number of participants. 
  • Depending on the space and time available, the exercices are adapted (complete yoga session, sitting and standing poses, breathing exercices, relaxation) and the tools as well (blocks, chairs, yoga mats).  
  • Classes can take place several times per week, weekly, or once every two weeks. 



1 hour = 60€ per class (up to 12 students)
